UKRAINE DESPERATELY NEEDS HELP FROM ALL OF US
Today marks the eighth month of a brutal, large-scale war in Ukraine. Children playing in playgrounds are being killed, the infrastructure of cities and other areas is being destroyed, lives are being ruined, and survival conditions are deteriorating. Over 30% of the power stations have been destroyed, and Ukraine is suffering an energy crisis.
Russia continues to threaten nuclear weapons, humanitarian and nuclear disaster. That is why our solidarity and unity are needed now. Bonitatem is launching a collection for humanitarian aid.
The following items are currently in great need: non-perishable foodstuffs, warm winter clothes, warm shoes, T-shirts, bedding.
All this humanitarian aid will be distributed to the most needy: children and medical institutions, and the rest will be given to the Kyiv Caritas organisation. This humanitarian aid campaign is supported by the Apostolic Nuncio in Kiev, Visvaldas Kulbokas.
