The Last Bracelet from the Pre-War Batch of Azovstal Has Been Sold

In October, bracelets from the ‘Azovstal. A Symbol of Perseverance’ project were presented in Kyiv. 100,000 bracelets were sold in two months. All proceeds from sales will be transferred via UNITED24 to support the Army of Drones and the Fleet of Naval Drones.

The first edition of 30,000 pieces sold out within three days. The profit of 40,338,907 UAH was sent to strengthen the Army of Drones. Then, the “I BELIEVE IN THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE” special edition that consisted of only 1,000 pieces was raffled off at a charity fundraiser by Monobank and volunteer Ihor Lachenkov. Thanks to this, 152 million UAH was raised for the ‘Shahed Hunter’ anti-drone system, which will arrive in Ukraine next week. The second edition consisted of 70,000 pieces and was available for delivery abroad — the bracelets were delivered to 44 countries worldwide. Thanks to this, more than 94,000,000 UAH was raised, which will be transferred to the world’s first Fleet of Naval Drones. This amount is enough to buy nine naval drones.

“Soldiers, diplomats, politicians, journalists, ambassadors of the UNITED24 platform, Hollywood stars, and thousands of people around the world wear ‘ Azovstal. A Symbol of Perseverance’ bracelets. These bracelets, created from 5 grams of the last pre-war batch of metal from the Azovstal plant, became the personification of Ukrainian strength, faith in the Armed Forces, and the great Ukrainian victory, the victory of democracy over dictatorship, light over darkness.” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation. “All proceeds will be transferred to the purchase of naval drones, which, I am sure, will help Ukraine change the course of events at sea and eventually liberate Mariupol, where Azovstal is from.”

‘Azovstal. A Symbol of Perseverance’ is the joint project of the UNITED24 fundraising platform, the Metinvest Group, jewelry house SOVA, Nova Poshta, and ROZETKA.
